I am very skeptical of dealers, but I was pleasantly surprised. I especially liked our salesman Michael. Also, Capital is bilingual.
Went to 5 different Ford stores around the charlotte area I ended up working with Jarad who is by far the most knowledgeable sales person I have ran into. He is straightforward and honest and won't give you the run around. If you are going to shop at capital make sure to ask for this guy if you want a fast and painless car buying process.
I have my vehicle in for a repair under warranty and thus far have had a fantastic experience. I have been assigned to Master Certified Service Advisor Dylan Mitchell and he has been awesome. Has kept me well informed about what was wrong with my vehicle and that the parts are on backorder. He also went out of his way to help me secure a loaner through Enterprise so I could still get to work and run errands
